Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tampa, FL)

Redstone River Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Tampa with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
