Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Meridian Foods Associates produces packaged foods at its Tampa plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
