Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tampa, FL)

Bright Rook Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Tampa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
