Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Basin Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
