Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in St. Louis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation.
