Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Loom Early Learning runs childcare centres in St. Louis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
