Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the St. Louis region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
