Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Loom Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around St. Louis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
