Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (St. Louis, MO)

Silverline Summit Auto Group is a St. Louis company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
