Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Meridian Foods Partners is a St. Louis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
