Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Pike Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
