Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Ivory Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Spokane plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
