Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Junction Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Seattle with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
