Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Bright Markets is a Savannah retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
