Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Ridge Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Savannah producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
