Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Union Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits.
