Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Savannah caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
