Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Ivory Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in San Jose. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
