Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wren Freight Partners and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 793 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
