Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Corner Construction delivers building projects for owners across the San Jose region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
