Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Corner Pharma Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
