Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Umber Health Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 916 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
