Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Pike Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
