Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Drift Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
