Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Sparrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
