Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Foods Partners is a San Diego food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
