Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Willow Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in San Diego producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system.
