Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ashton Hospitality and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
