Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline Keystone Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
