Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline River Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in San Antonio, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
