What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
