Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing Group is a San Antonio manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 491 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
