Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fox Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
