Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Meadow Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
