Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Timber Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 495 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
