Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing makes precision components in Salt Lake City, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
