Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Wren Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
