Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Ember Housing Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
