Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Ember Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 794 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
