Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Cedar Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 509 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
