Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Linden Health and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
