Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Maple Manufacturing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 740 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
