Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Cross Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Sacramento, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system.
