Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Loom Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Sacramento region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
