Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Rochester, NY)

Bright Drift Farms is an agricultural business based around Rochester, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
