Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Thistle Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Reno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
