Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Ivory Health provides primary and specialty care in Reno, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
