Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Reno, NV)

Bright Harbor Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
