Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Stone Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
