Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Redstone Lakeside Freight Associates coordinates shipments and warehousing around Sacramento. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
